This is for people who are deficient in vitamin B12. This is usually found out after a blood test. If you have Vitamin B12 anaemia, your tissues and organs may not get enough oxygen resulting in weak muscles, numbness, irritability, fatigue and an increased heart rate. Some people are deficient because they cannot absorb this vitamin from food hence it is best taken as a tablet under the tongue or by injection into the muscle.
