This is an important section of the site explaining the terms and conditions you are agreeing to when you use and/or shop from the churchpharmacyclinic.co.uk website.

Acceptance of orders

Working with industry-leading secure payment processors, we validate your order and the payment details you submit to us before your order can be accepted. Once that has been done, we will acknowledge that your order has been received by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address you provide in your registration form.

Your order is then subject to further validation checks we may choose to make. If your order passes our validation checks we will send you an order confirmation email, this is our acceptance of your order and once despatched brings into existence a legally binding agreement between us.

When your order contains a pharmacy medicine your order will be subject to review by Church Pharmacy pharmacist. Subject to this pharmacist’s approval, sale of these medicines will then be made by Church Pharmacy.

When ordering a repeat prescription via the NHS repeat prescription service your order will be subject to review by Church Pharmacy pharmacist. Subject to this pharmacist’s approval, sale of these medicines will then be made by Church Pharmacy.

Church Pharmacy reserves the right to restrict the number of items available for sale to any individual customer. All orders are subject to availability. If any items are not available and you paid using a debit/credit card or PayPal you will not be charged for the cancelled items.

We accept payment by most major credit or debit cards and PayPal. Payment will be debited from your account when we despatch your order.

All orders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. We may submit your order to a third party fraud screening provider who securely review orders on behalf of Church Pharmacy to eliminate fraud and safeguard our customers transactions. We may also submit your address, date of birth and the value of your order to Experian Ltd. We will not be liable for any delays to your order this may cause. This information may be retained by Experian Ltd for future validation enquiries by other companies. For more details of the information Experian Ltd hold about you, visit http://www.experian.co.uk/. If the issuer of your payment refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. Orders can only be delivered to UK addresses.

Colour reproduction

Church Pharmacy has made every effort to reproduce colours on the site as accurately as possible. However, different computers and mobile devices reproduce colours in slightly different ways, and so exact colour matches are not yet possible over the Internet.

If you are not satisfied with the colour of the item you have ordered, we operate a returns policy (see Returns for more information).

Price information

Church Pharmacy has taken great care to ensure prices are accurate. Prices may change over time,. However, the correct prices will be applied when you select an item from the shopping list and add to your current basket. All prices include VAT where appropriate.

Terms and Conditions

Please read the following carefully. Your use of the Church Pharmacy Web Site (“thechurchPharmacy.com”) and (“thechurchPharmacy.co.uk”) and purchase of the COVID-19 Swab kit (“Products”) on it means that you agree to these terms and conditions (“Terms”).

When you place an Order for a COVID-19 Swab kit (“Order”) you are offering to buy it for the price stated subject to these Terms.

This service is not suitable for anyone showing symptoms of COVID-19 or anyone who thinks they may have COVID-19. If you have any symptoms, please stay at home and follow UK government guidance.
Customers using the service must be 18 years of age and over and must registered with their own account and email address.
If using this service to travel, please book your appointment in advance to allow enough time to receive your test results.
Whilst every effort will be made, we cannot guarantee results will be received within 48 hours.
Due to the sensitivity of these tests, there is a very small chance the test result could be inconclusive. If your test result is inconclusive, you will be invited to book another free test within the time frame to suit you but this cannot be guaranteed.
Church Pharmacy will not be held liable for losses, costs, damage that you suffer or incur as a result of any delays in receiving test results or as a result of inconclusive test results.
Church Pharmacy will also not be liable to you for any losses, costs or damages that you suffer or incur as a result of receiving a positive test result (including, if you are unable to travel as a result of testing positive).
Service is subject to lab capacity, and specially trained colleague and stock availability.
We will not charge you if you cancel your order and appointment in advance due to showing symptoms of COVID-19 or a change in travel plans. If you have already paid for the test, a full refund will be provided.
Please ensure that a different email address and account are used for each person registering.
Church Pharmacy may cancel any sale and not supply products if it is reasonable to do so and may change or discontinue the availability of products at any time at its sole discretion. If an Order is cancelled, any payment made for the products will be refunded in full. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.
In line with Public Health England and the Department of Health and Social Care requirements (DHSC), all order details will be sent to the quarantine address stated on your booking form and not the credit card billing address where the named recipient of the Order differs.

Day 2 & 8 COVID-19 Post-Travel Testing Service

When you place your Order online, we will email you our DHSC Booking Code per order to use on your passenger locator’s form. Once a Booking Code is issued, we cannot refund any payment made for a COVID-19 Swab sample kit. All new Orders are deemed separate, and each is treated individually.
As testing is a mandatory requirement following international travel into England, you must complete the self-swab at-home if you are symptomatic – see https://www.gov.uk/guidance/red-amber-and-green-list-rules-for-entering-england
