Our weight management programme combines prescribed GLP-1 medication with regular blood testing and detailed body composition analysis. Every month, we track your progress using the seca mBCA Ultra — the same clinical-grade technology used in the NHS-supported GLP-1 research programme — so we can see exactly how your body is responding to treatment.
What Does It Cost?
Initial consultation: £50 – a full assessment with our prescribing pharmacist, Yinka Udueni.
Monthly treatment: £200-£360 – includes your four-week medication supply, body composition scan and progress review.
Six-monthly blood test: included at no extra cost. We monitor pancreatic and metabolic health to make sure your treatment remains safe and effective.
Am I Eligible?
You must be aged 18 or over and meet one of the following criteria:
- A BMI of 30 or above
- A BMI of 27 or above with a weight-related health condition

How It Works
Your Initial Consultation
- Complete a health questionnaire before your appointment.
- Attend a face-to-face assessment with our pharmacist, who will review your health history and take baseline measurements including body composition and blood pressure.
- If you have any underlying conditions affecting kidney or liver function, we’ll discuss whether additional blood tests are needed before starting treatment.
- If appropriate, you’ll receive your first four-week supply and a demonstration of how to use your injection pen. You can also have your first dose during this appointment.
Month One
Weekly check-ins are available throughout your first month, so you can ask questions, report how you’re feeling and get support as your body adjusts to treatment.
Month Two Onwards
Each month you’ll have a 30-minute progress review with our pharmacist, including a full body composition scan, lifestyle coaching and your next medication supply.
At Six Months
A blood test to assess your pancreatic and metabolic health, included in your programme at no additional cost.
Who Should Not Take These Medications
Wegovy and Mounjaro are not suitable for you if you:
- Have severe kidney disease
- Have class IV heart failure
- Have severe liver disease
- Have a history of pancreatitis
- Have a history of diabetic retinopathy
- Are pregnant or breastfeeding
- Have a history of an eating disorder
- Have had a serious allergic reaction to semaglutide or tirzepatide
- Have severe gastrointestinal disease, including severe gastroparesis
- Are aged 85 or over

For patients already taking GLP-1 medication who want the reassurance of regular blood monitoring. Available without joining our weight management programme.
